You get the firm, all-in price in person before anything gets loaded, and nothing moves until you say go.

Always. On-site estimates cost nothing and there's no obligation to book. If the number doesn't work for you, we shake hands and go.

Labor, loading, hauling, and all disposal and dump fees. There's no fuel surcharge and no separate dump bill at the end.

Often, yes. Same-day slots fill up, so call or text early in the day. If today's booked we'll give you a real window tomorrow instead of a maybe.

No. Landlords, property managers, and out-of-town family members regularly send us photos and a gate code. We text before-and-after photos and invoice when it's done.

Hazardous materials — wet paint, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, medical waste. Everything else on a normal residential or commercial property, we can handle. Not sure? Send a photo and we'll tell you straight.

Anything reusable goes to donation. Metal and appliances go to a recycler. Green waste goes to a composting facility. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station in the Valley — never a curb, an alley, or a vacant lot.

Yes, both. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your entity for commercial and property-management work.

Card, Zelle, cash or check on completion. Commercial accounts are invoiced with net terms and a PO reference.
